We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We verify each provided billing address with our credit card services upon each order. If the provided billing address does not match the billing address your bank has on file, your order might be delayed due to a security clearance. This could occur in cases such as: recent moves, incorrect or no billing address, or through bank error. We will not provide compensation for orders that are delayed due to address verification issues.

To qualify as a wholesale customer, please submit the following information on our wholesale
customer registration page: company name, contact name, address, phone number, tax
identification number, and e-mail address (Note: e-mail address of your choice will be
used as your log-in ID). After the registration is complete, you will receive an
automated confirmation e-mail. Now you can log in via
“Customer Log-in” page using
your e-mail address as your log-in ID and the submitted password.
After you successfully log in, you are on “My Account” page. Here, you are free to
change your “Personal Information” and “Log In Information”. Please click on [EDIT]
to make any necessary changes.
You are also free to take an advantage of the special savings just for our wholesale
customers: 30% off of purchase less than $100, 33% off of purchase over $100, 36% off of
purchase over $300, 39% off of purchase over $600, 42% off of purchase over $1000,
45% off of purchase over $1500 as noted on
discount information located on the left-hand side menu section.

| SHIPPING & HANDLING |

Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Please note that there is a chance of back orders or delays caused by heavy traffic or extremely large orders. We apologize that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

UPS Ground Delivery: $8.00 flat fee
Shipping is $8.00 flat fee on orders less than $50.00 for US 48 contiguous states only. AK, HI and PR are not included. UPS Ground packages typically arrive in 2 to 7 business days after shipping, excluding holidays. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. All packages will be insured.
USP Ground to AK, HI and PR: $30.00 flat fee
UPS Ground to AK, HI and PR typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping, excluding holidays. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. All packages will be insured.
UPS Express Delivery: $15.00 flat fee
If you like to receive your package for sure in 2 business days after shipping, this is a great option for you. This option guarantees (by UPS) 2nd Day Delivery. Shipping is $15.00 flat fee for US 48 contiguous states only. AK, HI and PR are not included.

International Customers: $30.00 flat fee
There is a US$100 minimum order for all International customers except for Canada. All International orders except for Canada are only accepted online. We verify credit card billing information on all International packages. If your credit card billing information does not match your shipping address, we will not be able to fulfill your order. We will only ship International packages via USPS Global Express except for Canada. International customers assume all responsibilities for duties and taxes that will occur with shipping. In case customs fees or taxes charged by customs office, customers will be responsible for such charges and these charges are considered separate from the shipping charges noted above. Customs fees and taxes will vary depending on destination, and we suggest that you contact your local customs office for detailed information regarding these fees before placing orders. We will declare all packages at their actual commercial value for duty purposes. We are absolutely unable to change this policy.
Canadian Customers: $15.00 flat fee

Picking up Orders
We do not allow customers to pick up orders placed on line at our store locations.

| SALES TAX |

Sales Tax only applies to orders shipped within the state of New York.
If your order is being shipped to addresses outside of the state of New York, you will not be charged for sales tax.
In this case, there are requirements to present a copy of your sales tax/resale certificate.
If your order is being shipped within the state of New York, a New York Resale Certificate for the current year is required for New York state sales tax exemption. If you do not have a New York Resale Certificate, you will be charged sales tax on any orders mailed to a New York address.

Once your order is submitted, it is considered final. If you need to make any change to your already submitted order, please email us sales@j-genuine.com or call us 212-221-1173. We will try our best to accommodate to your request. However, please understand that we might be unable to make the requested change before your order is shipped and in these cases (regardless of the time of your change requests), it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping charges that might occur. |

| RETURN POLICY |
 |
If you are not satisfied with any of our items, you can return it for an exchange within 15 days of the date of purchase. Your returns can only be exchanged with a copy of the invoice, and the item has to be the same condition when you received it. Opened packages and broken strands are not acceptable for exchange no exceptions.
Please send the items to be returned in a hard box (such as cardboard). Do not send back return items in plain letter envelopes since they get easily damaged during shipping which will not be accepted to be exchanged. We do not accept items damaged during the return transit in envelopes and will be returned to customer.
Once your return is received, we will gladly send a replacement of the same value or more valued items. Balance due will be charged to your credit card when you are to take an item / items that have more value than the returned item.
Shipping and handling cost are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Shipping and handling cost for replacement items will be charged to your credit card. Returned items must be in original packaging and condition. Returned items not in original packaging, original package quantity, or were purchased prior to 15 days, will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Items returned in damaged or used condition will simply be returned to the customer. Under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to return to the customer products purchased prior to 15 days.
