 WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal Transactions. All billing information provided will be verified with our secure credit card authorization service for each order. If the billing address provided does not match the billing address on file with your bank, your order may not go through. This could occur in cases such as: recent moves, incorrect or no billing address, or bank error. We will not provide compensation for, and cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed due to address verification issues. But we will do all we can to help you solve any problem, if possible.

There is no minimum dollar amount, or quantity amount on orders shipped within the United States.

 HOW DO I PLACE A GENUINE ONLINE ORDER IF I AM WHOLESALE?

We are happy to service our wholesale customers with not only tax exemption, but a special wholesale discount system as well. Start by setting up a regular account, then e-mail a request to switch from retail to wholesale account status, to our friendly web staff at web@j-genuine.com. To fast track the process please click the link bellow, fill out the form and send it along with your request.

If you are a new wholesale customer to Genuine online or in stores: To register for our wholesale discount and tax exemption, we require a copy of your tax ID Certificate and the “New York State Department of Taxation and Finance Form ST-120 (1/11)” to be fully filled out correctly.

Please submit this information by way of, email to web@j-genuine.com, or fax to 212-221-1438. Also please include company name, contact name, business address, phone number, tax identification number, and e-mail address, as a cover letter to a fax or in the subject section of your email so that we may contact you about any questions about your information in order to set up your account accurately. After the registration is complete, our friendly website staff can review your information and set up your wholesale account status. After we change your account status you will receive a confirmation e-mail to let you know this is complete.

If you are a current in store wholesale Genuine customer: Go ahead and set up a retail account and then send our friendly website staff a quick email, with all your information that you already have set up in-store and once we verify that it is all up to date and correct we will register you as a Genuine online wholesale customer, and you will be all set to shop.

 ONCE I AM REGISTERED AS A GENUINE ONLINE WHOLESALE CUSTOMER, HOW DO I GET MY DISCOUNT APPLIED?

The discount process goes as follows:

  • Organize your cart items to find "total value" of all regular priced items combined.
  • Email web@j-genuine.com with your wholesale account company name, contact name, phone number, and order total.
  • We will then e-mail you a 'coupon code'  that will apply the correct discount level you qualify for. (This process may take a day or so to process, but if you are in a rush feel free to call in store to try and speed along the process, at (212)221-1173, and ask for website operations, or store management for assistance.)
  • Paste the coupon code at checkout to apply your discount.
  • Sales tax should already be removed from the total price if you have successfully registered for wholesale account status.

 HOW SOON WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED AFTER PURCHASE?

Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving complete payment.  We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or on major holidays.

Please note that we are closed on the following days and will not be able to fulfill any shipments till the following business day:

  • Easter
  • Independence Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year's Day

 HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All completed orders will be shipped out via FedEx.  All packages we ship out will be insured.

 HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING FOR MY ORDER COST?

All shipping prices are calculated based on product weight, and total value (because all packages will be insured), as well as location of the shipping address.

We currently offer these shipping options offered by FedEx:

  • FedEx (Ground Home Delivery)
  • FedEx (Standard Overnight)
  • FedEx (FedEx 2 Day) (be advised that this option may be affected by processing time)

 WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

Sales Tax only applies to retail orders shipped within New York State. If your order is being shipped to addresses outside of the state of New York, you will not be charged for sales tax.

If you are a registered Genuine online wholesale customer then you will not be charged tax after your account status has been adjusted to wholesale. (For more information on this please review the question section above calledHow do I place a Genuine online order if I am Wholesale?”)

 WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE TO AN ORDER I HAVE SUBMITTED?
Once your order is submitted, it is considered final. If you need to make any change to your already submitted order, please email us as soon as possible at web@j-genuine.com or call us 212-221-1173 to request that we make an alteration to your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been shipped out it may be out of our hands.

 WHAT IS THE GENUINE ONLINE EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?

Exchange for online store credit only.

Exchanges can only be made for online store credit, to be used at your discretion.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to exchange it within 30 days of the date of purchase. Exchanges can only be permitted if all the following criteria are met:

  1. All items must be returned in the original packaging in new, unused, un-opened condition.

    2. Postage and adequate insurance of the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

    3. Online store credit can only be reimbursed to you, once we have received the item(s) you sent back, and have verified that the item(s) are not been used, damaged and/or tampered with in any way, and are still in salable condition.

Please take care in shipping merchandise back safely, because if the package is not received, or gets damaged in the process of return shipment, then we will not be able to give you any reimbursement.

Please do not send anything back without notifying our website operations staff first, at web@j-genuine.com ,or store management at 212-221-1173, so that we can notify store staff to look out for the package, and so that we can assist you in the proper return shipment procedure for your specific exchange.

The customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees, as these costs can not be recouped. The amount we will be able to reimburse with online store credit is the cost paid for any individual items exchanged.

Returns are only permitted in the following circumstances:

-If item(s) arrive are damaged in transit.

-if item(s) you receive are not the correct item ordered, and do not match your invoice

We take your privacy very seriously. We use the provided personal information when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with any outside parties. We use email addresses to: answer inquiry emails, to communicate with our customers regarding orders, and to notify customers of their backorder status. Such addresses are not to be used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
